We believe, when it comes to church, "one size" does not fit all.

In order to reach a broad range of people, we offer a multitude of ministries and worship services.

We invite you to try them all and find the one that is the best fit for YOU!

Christmas Eve Worship

The 7:00 PM Christmas Eve Family Service is our most child-friendly way to welcome Jesus. Children who can walk, through fifth graders, are welcome to participate in the Christmas Pageant. There are

no rehearsals, all roles are walk-on. If your child would like to participate, please have her, him, or them in the Sunday School hallway by 6:30 PM to be assigned a part and given a costume. In addition to the pageant, there will be scripture read, a brief message, and communion will be celebrated.

The 9:00 PM Candlelight Service is a series of scripture and carols, with a brief message, and holy communion. The service closes with “Silent Night” and each worshipper receiving the light of Christ for their candle.

There’s no rule against attending both services

or coming back on Sunday morning for the rare treat of a Christmas Day Sabbath!

Traditional Worship

Our traditional worship service begins at 10:15 AM on Sunday mornings. During this service, you can worship with people of all ages - infant through elderly. We sing using hymnals, have responsive readings, prayers, scripture, music from our Chancel Choir (or other special musicians), and a sermon. Nursery care or a cry room off of the Sanctuary are provided for young children. Children grades K-5 can attend Children's Church, after our Children's Chat in our Chapel. Their parents can meet them there after worship. Large print bulletins and hymnals are available.

Contemporary Worship

If you are looking for an alternative to Sunday morning worship, we encourage you to join us for our Saturday evening Contemporary Worship service at 5:30 PM. Dress is casual, and the service lasts around 45 minutes. Multimedia images are projected on our large screen during worship, our minister delivers scripture and a message, and contemporary music is led by our praise team. Right now, this service has around 25 worshippers. If you want a "small church" feel in a church with lots of ways to get involved, this service could be for you!

Sunday School

Bethlehem has Sunday School classes for all ages - starting from birth! Children, youth, and adult classes meet on Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM. For more information about what each class has to offer, check out our Sunday School page.
